New Year’s Day

Posted on: 01-1-2008 Posted in: Personal Log
Well, I did something different than I have done since 1999. I actually went out for New Years Eve. I started at Sidewalk Cafe, but didn’t stay long as they were closing at 7pm. So I decided to walk over to Nikki’s Bar, where I found a new year’s party about to start. The staff was dressed up as Playboy bunnies, not sure why but they looked cute. So much so I took a picture of my bartender Margeau. She has served me before and is really sweet and nice. Anyway I did leave at 10pm and went home, but decided why not and went back to the party. I mainly did a lot of people watching, but I knew I was starting to get a buzz when the girls started looking really attractive – wait – let me rephrase that, most of the girls were attractive, but I was thinking about trying to dance with one. Time to go…  Drinking from 5pm to 1am causes some effects the next day. So I made an executive decision and slept in most of the day.
